Information we use and why
- Account information: email address, sign-in credentials and account identifiers are used to create and authenticate accounts, communicate about access and provide membership features.
- Project content: questions, prompts, uploads and filenames, AI responses, drafts, reviews and saved project details are processed to carry out your requests and let you return to saved work.
- Collaboration information: invitations, recipient details, comments, task ownership and progress updates are used to provide the sharing and collaboration you choose.
- Membership records: plan status and customer or subscription identifiers are used to manage access and question allowances. Paddle handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice.
- Connected services: Google connection authorization information is used to connect your account and create documents only when you request an export.
- Usage and device information: activity events, visitor identifiers and technical information such as IP address and browser details may be processed to operate the site, enforce allowances, investigate faults, prevent abuse and understand product use.
- Support correspondence: information you provide when asking for help is used to respond and resolve your request.
Legal bases
We rely on performance of our contract with you to provide accounts, AI processing, saved work, memberships and requested exports or collaboration. We rely on legitimate interests to operate and improve the service, address support requests and prevent fraud or abuse, balanced against your rights. Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional connections or non-essential tracking and on legal obligations for required recordkeeping and lawful requests. You can disconnect optional services or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Who receives information
Service providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, usage measurement and support may process relevant data on our behalf. These include Lovable Cloud and the Lovable AI Gateway, and the AI model providers used for your selected tasks: OpenAI, Google and Anthropic. Your prompts, relevant project context and supported attachments may be transmitted for AI processing; avoid submitting sensitive information you do not want processed by these services.
We share relevant order and membership information with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Google receives information needed for an authorized Google Docs export. People you invite or share with receive the project information you choose to share. We may also disclose necessary information to professional legal or accounting advisers, or authorities where required by law.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. This notice does not promise a particular model provider’s retention or training practices.
Retention
We retain account and saved-project information while needed to provide your account and requested features. Temporary run information is retained as needed to complete or recover work. Connection information is kept while the connection is active. Support, activity and transaction records are kept only as needed for their purpose, dispute handling, security or legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised; backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. You may request deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete saved projects, revoke sharing and disconnect Google through your account controls. For other privacy requests, contact Now Run WIth It using the seller contact details supplied with your order and identify the account and request. Payment-related requests can be directed to paddle.net. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.
Security and international processing
We are responsible for selecting appropriate technical and organisational measures for the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security; keep credentials private and avoid uploading unnecessarily sensitive information. Our service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider, the destination and the laws that apply to your information.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in and daily visitor allowances. Browser storage also remembers your day/night appearance preference. Checkout and connected services may use their own cookies during those interactions. Product activity measurement records events such as exports or shares; it is separate from an advertising cookie. We do not currently offer marketing cookies in the app.
You can manage or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, we will provide appropriate notice and consent controls before using them where required.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact details where appropriate.
