1. Your agreement and the service
You are contracting with Now Run WIth It for access to the service. By using or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, if using the service for an organization, authorized to bind that organization.
The service coordinates AI teammates to develop plans, drafts and reviews from your ideas. Available features and usage allowances depend on your plan. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, hateful or abusive content, deceptive deepfakes, or harmful impersonation. Do not create or distribute malware, probe security systems, scrape the service without permission, interfere with its operation, bypass usage limits or safeguards, or attempt to jailbreak models to produce prohibited content.
3. Your inputs and AI outputs
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your prompts, uploads and shared material. You grant us permission to host, process and transmit that content to service providers only as needed to provide the service and your requested features.
To the extent permitted by law and applicable model-provider terms, you may use the outputs generated for you. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection, and we do not guarantee ownership or freedom from third-party rights. You are responsible for your prompts, verifying outputs, obtaining necessary permissions and deciding how to use or publish the results.
AI-assisted, not human advice. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. AI reviews and calculation checks are not independent validation or real-world testing. Do not rely on outputs as regulated medical, legal, financial or other professional advice without qualified oversight.
4. Our intellectual property
Now Run WIth It retains ownership of the service and its software, documentation and branding, excluding your content and third-party materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You may not resell the service, copy its proprietary software or reverse engineer it except where law permits.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and the details displayed at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage your subscription through the membership controls or the links in your order confirmation. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.
6. Moderation and rights-holder complaints
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, including repeated infringement. Rights holders can send a complaint using the seller contact details supplied with their order, identifying the work, the relevant content or project, their rights and a way to contact them. Do not share suspected infringing material while a complaint is being reviewed.
7. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Model availability and features may change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date on this page. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated through the service or account contact details.
